A: you can ask technical data sheet directly from our Custom service or send a request email to us.

Q: How to confirm the product quality? do you provide samples ?
A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free of charge, and the delivery chargeusuallyis not free. The delivery charge can be refund after you place the order to us.

Q: How to place the order?
A: It is better to send us a PO by email to avoid mistake, then we will give a quick respons at once.

Q: Do you accept small orders?
A: Yes, we believe every Customer is God, no matter the size of the orders, everyone is welcome to purchase, and if you need help on the business expansion, we are glad to give necessary support.

Q: What is the delivery way available？and delivery time?
A: Bulk order- ocean/air way,delivery time  ocean20-40days/air 7-14 days
Small order- DHL/ TNT/UPS,if there is stock of the required size,delivery time usually 5-7 dsays.

Q: How to ensure transportation safety?

2) If there is broken pieces because of delivery, we will send you replacement for free.
