Can I emboss or emboss my trademark or logo in the glass bottle?

Do I own the mold and design for the Custom bottle?

The Customer is the owner of the mold and as part of our terms of service we cannot use the mold for any other customer.

My custom bottle design is very unique: can you guarantee it won't be imitated?

We will no longer make bottles that mimic your designs.It belongs to you and we will respect that.We are a foreign company and operate with appropriate business practices and ethics.

Can you deep process custom design on my custom bottle?
There are a variety of decoration types that can be used to further customize the bottle's design: A method of applying a decal to the bottle, which is then baked onto the glass surface.The cost of labels usually depends on the number of colors and size.
We can paint the surface of the glass bottle in different colors,and we have color combinations available, or specific colors can be achieved by matching samples or colors.Color can also be added to the glass material itself during production.

What is the difference between a sample bottle mold and a mass production bottle mold?

Sample molds are available as a stage in the customer's bottle development process.It is a cost-effective way for customers to review their designs and make adjustments before going into full production.One sample mold is only good for about 5-10 sample pieces.

Only after the final design has been confirmed, the production moulds is made.This is a full set of production moulds that can produce about 500,000 pieces.If mass produced molds expire during or after their design life, Hebei Zaoshang will replace them free of charge.

Do we need to wash the bottles before filling?

Like every other bottling plant in the world; some dust, or other particles will get into the bottles and they should always be cleaned on the line before filling.

Approximately how many glass bottles can fit in 40HC?

For the uniform 750ml bottles, assuming they are packed in cartons on pallets, it can hold about 25,000 bottles.

If they're floor stacked, it's about 27k.For irregular 750ml bottles, this figure reduces to around 22k in cartons.

Does the glass bottle from China contain lead or any other harmful chemicals?

Normally, we do SGS testing once a year, except for special circumstances required by customers. The glass itself does not contain lead or other harmful chemicals.On request, Hebei Zaoshang can test the bottle at an independent testing institute for confirmation.(SGS, TUV, Bureau Veritas)
